Cambridge Judge Business School is dedicated to implementing the action plan developed through the Athena Swan accreditation process, which outlines specific steps to advance gender equality and inclusion within the institution.
Our EDI work is overseen by the Cambridge Judge Business School EDI Committee. This Committee is Chaired by Professor Lionel Paolella and comprises representatives from the employee, student, alumni body, and the Advisory Board. This composition ensures diverse perspectives, that enrich discussions and decision-making processes. By engaging all facets of our community, the committee effectively addresses EDI matters, fostering a culture of inclusivity and shared responsibility.
Cambridge Judge has embarked on a long-term commitment to EDI. We will work to adapt our admissions, student orientation, and the curriculum so that they embrace the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI).
The Cambridge Judge EDI Committee is the driving force to progress change across the organisation.
