Professional history
Rina is Managing Director at Textyle International. Textyle specialises in the production of outerwear, mostly in Vietnam, for big brand clients in the fashion industry. She is the founder of the ethical and sustainable coat and lifestyle brand Culthread.
Prior to her career at Textyle, she competed on the Women’s Professional Tennis tour before studying at the London School of Economics. Following her undergraduate degree, she completed the JP Morgan Finance Programme in New York, before trading bonds and derivatives at JP Morgan in London.
Rina earned her undergraduate degree in Monetary Economics at the London School of Economics, holds an MA in Conflict Analysis, an Executive MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School, and was awarded a Doctorate in Business Administration by Warwick Business School in May 2025.
Society and charity work
Rina has been on the Board of Trustees for Dress for Success in London for three years. Dress for Success is a global not-for-profit organisation that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women, providing professional attire, support and career development tools.
