Amu Chandra completed the MSt Entrepreneurship at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School, graduating with distinction. He also has a Master’s in Linguistics (Distinction) from St Hilda’s College, Oxford. He is a linguist and polyglot who can speak 8 languages and is passionate about language learning. As an entrepreneur he previously founded an FMCG startup and is currently Co-founder and CEO of Letera, an AI-powered EdTech platform focusing on language learning.

The startup’s inception was inspired by both founders’ experiences as language learners and polyglots struggling to find good technology products to support serious language learning. As linguists, they decided to combine research in language acquisition with their knowledge of technology and entrepreneurship to build something that could help others like themselves. This led to the founding of Letera.

Stephanie was an MBA student at Cambridge Judge in 2017/18. She now works as a career and leadership coach and supports ambitious individuals in building a fulfilling career without sacrificing their mental health.

She brings eight years in the airline industry and three years of leadership experience in the Cambridge tech space into her work. Apart from her professional experience in 5 countries and various industries, she is a professionally trained coach and has an in-depth background in psychology.

In her work, she helps people transition careers, add more purpose and fulfilment, master the next leadership level, and dissolve Imposter Syndrome once and for all. Very close to her heart is her female empowerment work where she works with women to reconnect with their female energy, build their confidence, and strive in their careers in their own unique way.

She has worked with more than 150+ clients by now from various countries, industries and ages.  She regularly talks about career transition, leadership and female empowerment in her LinkedIn.
During her Cambridge MBA, she was head of the Women in Leadership SIG, led the track team to lots of medals at MBAT, and competed in the gymnastics varsity team.  Movement through yoga, hiking and other sports are her passions.
