Professional history
Andrea is a Vice President at Evercore, based in the London office. He is part of the European Investment Banking Corporate Advisory practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the industrials and business services sectors. Andrea has been with Evercore since 2014 and advises global corporate and private equity clients on a wide range of M&A, capital raising and corporate finance projects.
Prior to joining Evercore, Andrea worked at The Boston Consulting Group and BNL – BNP Paribas. Andrea holds a bachelor of science in Economics and Management from “Cà Foscari” University of Venice and an MPhil in Finance from Cambridge Judge Business School.
