Professional history
David is the Head of China Land Acquisition at Hang Lung Properties, a real estate developer focused on premium retail, office and residential projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The company is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with over 3 million square metres of investment property and a market cap of USD $10 billion.
Prior to Hang Lung, he practised as an architect in New York at SOM, Polshek Partnership, and WXY Architects, working on a range of typologies from landmark skyscrapers to community schools.
David earned his undergraduate degrees in architecture and fine art at the Rhode Island School of Design. He is a registered architect in the New York State.
Society & charity work
David is one of the leaders for the CJBS Hong Kong alumni group and a mentor for the Cambridge University Chinese Society. He also volunteers for the American Institute of Architects, Hong Kong Chapter.
