Module 1: Leading an AI-ready organisation
This in-person module introduces core concepts in AI, including machine learning, generative AI, and cloud infrastructure. Participants examine the organisational implications of AI adoption, from culture and talent to digital transformation, and begin shaping a leadership approach that is both informed and adaptive.
By the end of this module, you will be able to:
- engage confidently with key AI technologies and terminology

- lead cross-functional teams through AI-enabled transformation
Module 2: Strategic thinking for the CXO
Delivered online over 6 weeks, this module provides a comprehensive foundation in strategy formulation, evaluation and execution. Participants will explore strategic models beyond traditional industry boundaries and learn to identify key inflection points, competitive dynamics and growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving landscape.
By the end of this module, you will be able to:
- apply strategic frameworks to assess opportunities and risks

Module 3: Refining AI strategy: from vision to execution
The final in-person module addresses the operational and reputational dimensions of AI leadership.
