Overview

The Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF), together with Cambridge Judge’s Executive Education division, offers this CFTRI Accelerator course that provides a deep dive into the essentials of financial and regulatory innovation driven by technology.

This 6-week course aims to give you the knowledge and skills to understand the innovative technologies used by fintech firms, recognise the different business models in the fintech sector and see how regulations and policies can vary across regions. You will also learn to evaluate different regulatory approaches to see what fits best with your organisation’s goals and capabilities.

Additionally, the course will help you understand the links between gender, sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) topics, explore how including women in financial systems support global development goals and climate resilience and assess how fintech can promote gender equality within regulatory frameworks.

You will gain:

  • practical tools to support financial innovation 
  • foundational and practical knowledge of key innovative technologies and business models of fintech firms
