Human-Centric Approaches to the Future of Work
We are addressing the challenge posed by new technologies and organisational structures by offering a data-focused, evidence-based initiative for forward-thinking organisations.
Who we are
Traditional modes of operating are no longer sufficient in today’s rapidly evolving landscape, and it is time for organisations to adopt new and innovative approaches to thrive in the changing world.
Our initiative is designed for organisations who want to be proactive in learning and adapting to the demands of the future workplace.
What we do
We conduct mixed-method research in order to understand contemporary workplace phenomena and their effects on employs and managers. We achieve this by collaborating with organisations that value a scientific approach to solving practical problems. We draw on our research to advice partner companies on how they can tackle challenges posed by future workplace transitions.
Research concentrations
We are currently focussing our research on the impact of new work arrangements, employee creativity and innovation, managing diverse workforces and AI-human co-operation.
Publications
We have published and continue to publish in areas of research around the future approaches to work.
