Overview
The rapid advancement of new technologies and novel organisational structures pose a challenge for organisations and their managers. In light of the rapidly evolving landscape, it has become increasingly apparent that traditional modes of thinking and operating are no longer sufficient. It is time for organisations to adopt new and innovative approaches to meet the demands of a changing world.
To help organisations prepare to tackle these challenges head-on, we have launched a data-focused, evidence-based initiative for future-oriented organisations who want to be proactive in their approach to learning and adapting to the changing landscape of the workplace.
The initiative
This Future of Work Research initiative unites behavioural researchers with interest in studying human-centric aspects associated with the future of work. We are a group of social scientists aiming to understand the effects of modern technologies and work arrangements on employees and managers and how organisations can leverage these transformative changes to foster innovation, performance, and well-being among their employees.
Our focus and objectives
We focus on putting people at the centre of our activities. Our main goal is to support the growth, performance, and well-being of employees. Our management philosophy is based on a humanistic approach, and we strive to collaborate with organisations that invest in and develop their workforce to achieve positive outcomes.
Our main objectives are:
- To carry out thorough research that provides new and valuable understanding of how the contemporary workplace impacts both employees and managers and how organisations can most effectively handle the challenges posed by future workplace transitions.
- To collaborate with organisations in order to create scientifically sound and practical solutions to pressing issues related to the future of work.
