Applying the Cambridge Entrepreneurship course in practice

You will meet industry experts to learn about their emerging entrepreneurial challenges and the solutions they found. These interactions will help you to expand not just your industry-specific knowledge but also shape the way you approach your own venture challenges.

Practising entrepreneurs, each an expert in their field, will offer critical insights into the reality of entrepreneurial life during industry seminars.

Expert coaches will lead interactive workshops focussed on essential business skills such as pitching and storytelling to various audiences, including co-workers, customers or investors.

Mentoring is an integral part of the programme.

At the beginning of the programme, you will meet your mentor, who will provide one-to-one guidance for the duration of the programme. Mentors are experienced entrepreneurs with a wide range of expertise in many industries. Your mentors are a point of consistency throughout the full duration of the two-year programme.

Your mentor, who will be assisting you throughout the programme, will encourage you to formulate your solutions and persist in your actions.

You will have the opportunity to put your new skills into practice during pitch events held during residentials.

Your major project will be your most significant programme-specific endeavour to put your entrepreneurial knowledge into practice. This 12,000-word assignment is a comprehensive analysis of a business opportunity; in most cases, this will be the student’s venture.

There are two types of discussion groups taking place during the residential weeks: industry-focussed seminars and interactive workshops.
