What to expect as an MSt student
As a student on our Master’s in Entrepreneurship programme, you’ll combine the freedom of studying remotely with the benefits of Cambridge life.
At the beginning of the programme, you will be matched to an action learning team and stay a member of that group throughout the programme, offering support to each other. This peer-to-peer interaction is an invaluable resource for learning, discussing and testing your ideas.
Across 4 one-week-long residentials, you will get the chance to experience the traditions of the University. You can visit the grounds that have inspired everyone from Stephen Hawking to Sir Isaac Newton and meet fellow College members.
At the same time, you’ll find yourself in the heart of Europe’s biggest entrepreneurial ecosystem, and benefit from all the networking opportunities that come with it.
The Cambridge experience through the lectures, virtual learning environment and especially the lifelong network of my former classmates have been invaluable. I am now better equipped to scale my company and apply my learning to my day-to-day decision making.”
College membership
When you’re offered a place on our MSt in Entrepreneurship, you’ll become a member of a College. You can stay in College accommodation during the one-week residentials (either on campus or in an off-site house), living alongside students from various subject areas.
Every College has its own identity; some are steeped in history and date back several centuries, while others are newer. Most have their own libraries, dining halls and bars, while some have their own sports facilities and theatres. Colleges also run their own clubs and societies, offer pastoral support and arrange formal processes such as graduation.
College membership is a great way to extend your network beyond your MSt cohort – and when you leave, you’ll remain a lifelong member, becoming part of a global, influential alumni community.
The following Colleges accept students from the Mst in Entrepreneurship programme:
You can state a preference for your choice of College on the application form. Your preference will be considered but is not guaranteed, as the decision lies with the College.
Your community
On our MSt in Entrepreneurship, you’ll study alongside a diverse mix of people – from fledgling founders to experienced entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs from across the world. You’ll also be part of an action learning team; a small group of fellow students who’ll provide support throughout the programme.
