What is EnterpriseWOMEN?
EnterpriseWOMEN is a specialised entrepreneurial learning programme designed for women.
Our mission is to bolster and ignite the entrepreneurial spirit within the female research community by offering hands-on, practical learning experiences. We aim to increase the number of women following through to become founders and improve the conversion rate from researcher to founder.
Our workshops equip you with the skills and knowhow necessary for success and growth as an entrepreneur.
EnterpriseWOMEN is tailored to cater to early-stage women researchers and entrepreneurs who have – or aspire to establish – a business, especially in science and tech. Whether you’ve just made those first steps on your entrepreneurial journey, or you are seeking essential tools to sustainably get your business to the starting line, or you’re an early-stage founder, EnterpriseWOMEN is here to guide and support you.
Curated and led by women, our programme draws expertise from diverse sources such as Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge faculty and staff, seasoned mentors and industry specialists, as well as accomplished engineers and scientists with a proven track record in aiding technical entrepreneurs and early-stage startups.
The programme’s networking element is focused, practical, relevant and inspiring.
